This service completes your experience at Starved Rock by adding a relaxing way to escape from the everyday hustle with a full-body therapeutic massage.

  This massage involves kneading and long, slow connecting strokes. The firm yet gentle touch smoothes out the stresses of everyday living.

• Aroma Therapy Massage:

  This massage combines support for good health with pure essential oils, and the relaxing massage geared for stress release.

• Pre-Natal Massage:
  ($75.00 per person 60 minutes)
  Specially designed for the most deserving of clients, this Swedish-style massage will help maintain the skin’s elasticity while alleviating added stress on the back and legs. (A Doctors clearance is needed, and have a healthy pregnancy without problems such a gestational diabetes, toxemia, high bold pressure, etc.)

• Trigger Point Therapy:
  ($75.00 per person 60 minutes)
  Targeting specific points of tension in the muscles for a profound release of pain or discomfort.

• Hot Stone Therapy:
  ($85.00 per person 60 minutes)
  Heated pure Basalt lava stones melt tension and focus energies. As an extension of the therapist’s hands, the muscles are systematically massage, melted and released. This treatment inspires unimaginable relaxation and reconnection to the body.

• Therapeutic Deep Tissue:
