Utica, IL -Starved Rock State Park has been name one of the SEVEN WONDERS OF ILLINOIS by the Illinois Bureau of Tourism.

The announcement was made this morning on ABC 7-Chicago and Jan Kostner, Deputy Director of IBOT. The official video of each of the seven winners may be seen at www.enjoyillinois.com/sevenwonders.

A Press Conference will be held this Wednesday, immediately following a live, remote broadcast on Channel 7/ABC/Chicago from the Starved Rock Visitor's Center, located at the riverfront. Park Superintendent, Tom Levy, will be interviewed at 5:50 a.m., Site Interpreter Toby Miller will be interviewed at 6:23 a.m., and a final send-off will occur at 6:58 a.m.
