We take pride in making each wedding a success, therefore our menus offer a variety of items ranging from Roast Tenderloin of Beef which is topped with Cracked Black Peppercorn and Cabernet Demi-Glaze to Chicken Tuscany which is a lean chicken breast smothered in Artichoke Hearts, Mushrooms, Provolone, Proscuitto and Madeira Wine Sauce.
