High atop a wooded bluff overlooking the Illinois River is Starved Rock Lodge. Surrounded by 2,630 acres of thick forests, 18 lush canyons and sparkling waterfalls, Starved Rock Lodge and Conference Center is the only lodging facility located in Starved Rock State Park. Nature has carved a place of geological wonder that makes it hard to believe this beautiful get away is located in Illinois, just one tank away from most cities in the state.

The hotel features charming guest rooms, cabins in the woods, on-site dining, outdoor dining on the Veranda, an indoor pool, Gift Shop, Cafe, and "The Back Door Lounge". Admission to the Visitor Center is FREE and Trailheads Concessions is conveniently located there for a quick snack, ice cream or a souvenir.
